Ruth Madelen Luna Cruz of Peru won the title of Miss Rapunzel 2026, followed by Samantha Nguyen of Vietnam in second place, and Kateryna Demers of Ukraine in third. At the show, the longest hair was observed by April of Pennsylvania. The fan favorite prize was shared between Freya of Nevada and Ruth (Peru)
